• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup water or beef broth
• Spring onions (optional, chopped for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Beef:

2. Stir-fry the Beef:
• Heat the vegetable oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
• Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it is browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the Vegetables:
• In the same pan, add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
• Add the onions, bell peppers, and green chilies. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
4. Combine Everything:
• Return the beef to the pan, and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a bit of water or beef broth.
• Stir-fry everything together for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the beef and vegetables well.
